Got this ds708 and have been trying to update and put the card back in the unit from my pc and most of the files are gone.  Some that were there yesterday when I plugged it into my son's car are gone.  Should I just send this back? Starting to think this was a bad idea. I'm in the us and now only two us cars show up.
